My name is Michael, and I am a management consultant, musician, and an amateur philosopher. Over the years I've developed a passion for leadership because of its impact on my life, and the impact I've seen it have on others. In this forum, I plan to generate awareness, desire, and knowledge on the topic, and perhaps inspire others to discover their leadership potential, or continue their leadership journey.

I hold a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from Monroe College in New York. I've been in the business of change management for over 16 years, and held several mid-management positions, working for companies such as TJX, Reebok, Jagged Peak (Nespresso Account), and several consulting companies.
