Great leaders create more leaders, not followers. Great leaders have vision, share vision, and inspire others to create their own.” Roy T. Bennett

One way to create more leaders is to inspire with courage. There are many variations and degrees of courage, however it is defined as the mental strength and ability to confront and withstand fear. If we dig deeper in resolution, we will find that one way to express courage is by simply being different. It's ok to be different. Some of the most impactful leaders who displayed courage were weird, quirky, and strange (Einstein, Prime Minister Borris Johnson, Steve Jos...). Within the context of leadership, It's ok to act differently, as long as it serves a "purpose" for another, and does not come on the expense of another. Being different makes one vulnerable, but can also make one couragous.
